Malcolm joined Weir Bowen in 1992. He has a broadly based civil litigation practice, with a focus on occupier’s liability, insurance matters, personal injury, commercial litigation and Police Law.
He has appeared as counsel at all levels of the courts of Alberta, and before The Law Enforcement Review Board.
He has extensive experience as counsel in negotiation, mediation and judicial dispute resolution of civil claims.
Malcolm also acts as risk management and defence counsel in relation to a large commercial operation in Edmonton.
