About Edward Sanders
Edward joined Weir Bowen as an associate in 2026 after completing his articles with the firm. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta, following undergraduate degrees in Biology and English.
Edward has a growing litigation practice with specialization in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, and estates litigation. He is committed to providing quality legal services to all his clients.
During law school, Edward was a member of the University of Alberta's Wilson Moot team, which won the national competition in 2024. This achievement highlighted his skills in both written and oral advocacy and gave him valuable experience in complex problem solving.
Outside of his legal career, Edward spends much of his time outdoors. He enjoys sailing, rock climbing, and hiking.
